Meg is a distance runner at heart, having completed 10 marathons including the Boston Marathon where she achieved her PR. But when she found CrossFit, she found fitness that would help her live her best life and help her become stronger, more durable runner.
“I recognized that CrossFit teaches people how to move and express their true physical nature, and now my purpose as a coach is to introduce you to the program that will optimize your health so that you can express your newfound fitness in everyday life doing what you love most!”
Meg does just that in her own life; she’s a outdoor sport junkie! She invites you to run, bike, swim, climb, hike – whatever suits your fancy, as long as it’s outside!
