Ray grew up active, having played recreational soccer from a young age. But until he found CrossFit, Ray didn’t realize how fit and healthy he could be. In less than a year, Ray put on 20 pounds of muscle and an appreciation for proper form and technique. A minor injury opened his eyes to the importance of learning the basics and developing a solid foundation.
“As a coach, I am very passionate about leading members through a progression of proper movement mechanics and technique. I want to help them learn from my experience. I am dedicated to upholding the standards of CrossFit and movement.”
